Listen first
We start with the person’s experience, daily challenges and priorities before deciding how rehabilitation should move forward.
About Rayhan
Rayhan was created to close the gap between discharge and daily life through organised physiotherapy, family support and rehabilitation that can continue at the centre or at home.

Why Rayhan exists
Leaving hospital is an important milestone, but it is rarely the end of recovery. People may still need help rebuilding movement, confidence and independence while families need clear guidance on what comes next.
Rayhan provides a structured bridge between medical treatment and everyday living. We begin by understanding the person’s current abilities, challenges and priorities, then translate those findings into practical rehabilitation goals.
Care is not designed around equipment alone. Sessions are shaped by assessment and reviewed as the person progresses, with communication that helps patients and families understand the purpose of each stage.
The Rayhan standard
Our approach is built around the qualities that make rehabilitation safer to understand and easier to continue.
01
We start with the person’s experience, daily challenges and priorities before deciding how rehabilitation should move forward.
02
Goals and activities are selected for a reason, explained clearly and connected to meaningful everyday function.
03
Progress depends on continuity. We support communication between the person, family and referring care team where appropriate.
How care fits together
Some people benefit from the equipment and structured environment of the centre. Others may need care at home because travel is difficult or because daily surroundings are central to their goals.
Rayhan is designed to support both settings as parts of one journey. When appropriate, our team can help families understand how safe movement, guided practice and the home environment contribute to progress between sessions.

The people behind the care
Rehabilitation is stronger when clinical thinking, practical support and clear communication work together. Rayhan brings those responsibilities into one coordinated care experience.
Individual biographies and verified professional credentials will be published when the complete profiles are supplied.
Clinical leadership
Clinical oversight keeps assessment, goal-setting and progress review connected throughout each person’s rehabilitation journey.
Physiotherapy team
Our physiotherapy team works with each person’s movement, strength and everyday priorities to shape appropriate rehabilitation sessions.
Care coordination
Coordination helps families, referring clinicians and the Rayhan team share the practical information needed for continuity of care.
