One connected journey

The setting changes. Your recovery goals stay connected.

Rehabilitation works best when each stage builds on the last. Rayhan is designed to reduce the gap between hospital treatment, structured therapy and daily life at home.

Continuity after treatment

At partner hospitals

We help make the next stage clearer after surgery, illness or intensive care, so the goals discussed in hospital can continue beyond discharge.

Care in familiar surroundings

At your home

For people who cannot travel easily, rehabilitation can happen around real routines, with family members shown how to support safely between visits.

A purpose-built centre for the work of recovery.

Our spaces include equipment for supported walking, movement practice, strengthening, coordination and hand function. Equipment is never the whole treatment: it is selected and guided as part of an individual plan.
